In usual cases, Prenel Design Services does NOT offer any refunds for the payments made. However, in case of online sales and Prenel Design Services unable to meet the deadline in providing the customer with the service, the customer could send an email to hello@prenel.com to claim a refund.

If in any case, Prenel Design Services delivers the online service within the agreed timeframe and the customer is not happy with the quality of work, Prenel Design Service will NOT issue a refund. This is taking into consideration the time and effort put in by the artists to create the order.
